Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds cannot be made for products that have been used.
Other than fulfillment error, there will be a 20% Restock Charge on all non-defective returns in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. If Order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and merchandise is returned, actual shipping charges on returned merchandise will be deducted from refund.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00 noon (EST) will ship the same day, provided the products ordered are in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) will ship the next business day, unless Next Day Air Shipping is requested. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Nutty Company, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. The Nutty Company is not responsible for packages once they are consigned to UPS or USPS. Tracking information is provided and any questions pertaining to delivery status must be addressed to either UPS or USPS.
Free Shipping applies to orders placed through the website only with a merchandise total of $100.00 or more that are ground shipped UPS or USPS to the 48 Continental United States. Truck shipments do not apply. THREADED ROD & L ANCHORS Do not qualify for Flat Fee or FREE Shipping.
A $9.95 Flat Shipping Charge applies to all orders placed through the website only with merchandise total under $100.00 that are ground shipped to the 48 Continental United States. (*except where noted) $9.95 Shipping does not apply to shipments of Threaded Rod or L Anchor Bolts. We will contact you with discounted shipping charge for your approval before shipping.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska: We compare all shipping rates to get your order expedited at the most reasonable cost. We will contact you with shipping costs before order is shipped. Credit Cards are not charged until we have customer approval of shipping charges.
Shipping to Canada: We will contact you with rate before order is shipped. Credit Cards are not charged until we have customer approval of shipping charges.
Worldwide Shipping: We compare all shipping rates to get your order expedited at the most reasonable cost. We will contact you with shipping cost before order is shipped.
